1. Who we are
This online store (cookiemethod.com) is run by Cookie Method, based in Kuwait City (Kuwait). By buying from this store you accept these terms.

2. Products
We sell digital baking courses in PDF format, available in Spanish, English and Arabic. No physical product is shipped. Images are for illustration only, and recipe results depend on each person's ingredients, equipment and technique.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made through the methods available in the store. Your bank or PayPal may apply an exchange rate if you pay in another currency.

4. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link for the course you bought, in the language you chose. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course. You may use the recipes and techniques to make and sell your own cookies. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or distribute the content of the PDFs, in whole or in part, or teach it as your own course. All content (text, recipes, photographs and designs) is the property of Cookie Method.

6. Refunds
As this is digital content delivered immediately, refunds are not accepted except in the cases set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Allergies and food safety
The courses contain recipes with allergens (gluten, egg, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts and soy, among others). Whoever makes and sells the products is responsible for informing their customers correctly and complying with the food-safety regulations of their country.

8. Liability
Cookie Method is not responsible for how the information in the courses is used or for the results obtained. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
