Refund policy

Digital products: no refunds
All Cookie Method courses (The Method, The Fillings and The Complete Method) are digital content in PDF format, delivered immediately after payment via a download link.
Due to the nature of these products, no returns or refunds are given once the purchase is complete and the download link has been made available.

Right of withdrawal
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and accepts that, once the download link has been made available, they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, in accordance with the law applicable to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Exceptions
We will only handle the following situations:
- Damaged file or file that won't open: we will send you the correct file again.
- You haven't received the download link: check your spam folder; if you can't find it, we will resend it.
- Duplicate purchase by mistake: if you paid twice for the same course, we will refund the duplicate order.
- Wrong language: if you chose a language by mistake, we will send you the correct language version at no cost.
For any of these cases, write to us within 14 days of purchase including your order number.
